"HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY" Winter is sure acting out of the ordinary this year (as thought it doesn’t every year). First we get plenty of snow, then before you know it, the January thaw is taking place. Then it’s snowing again, which brings me to the Sled Dog Races. Due to the melting snow the event had to be re-scheduled. They now will be taking place on February 16^th & 17^th from our clubhouse off of Route 3 (Washburn Road). The Stratford Youth Fund will be there both days providing us with breakfast and lunch for a nominal fee. Also, the Youth Fund will be sponsoring a spaghetti supper at the end of the races on Saturday, February 16^th, which will include drink, spaghetti, bread & butter and a dessert for a nominal fee of $7.00 per person. Please come on by and enjoy the event and support the Stratford Youth Fund!

Don’t forget that this coming weekend, Saturday, February 9^th we are hosting a Poker Run/Scavenger Hunt. Registration is between 9-10am and will conclude at 2:00pm. There will be an entry fee of $5.00 per event. Cash Prizes will be awarded to the two- (2) highest hands and to the first person that finds the most items on the Scavenger Hunt list will win a 2008-2009 Membership to the club and a small gift. Proceeds to benefit the MAKE – A - WISH Foundation. Please bring your family and friends for an enjoyable day of riding.
